Job Summary The Central Control Room (CCR) Technician is responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations through DCS/SCADA systems. The role focuses on ensuring steady, safe, and optimized operation of kilns, mills, crushers, and associated process equipment. Key Responsibilities - Operate and monitor plant processes from the control room using DCS/SCADA. - Adjust parameters to ensure optimal kiln operation, fuel efficiency, and product quality. - Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams during normal operation and shutdowns. - Respond to alarms, diagnose process issues, and take corrective actions. - Maintain accurate shift logs and report abnormal conditions. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Location: Sohar, Oman Department: Maintenance / Engineering Working hours: 12 hour shift (1.5 hours break during shift) Weekly off: 06 days a week duty and one day off as per roster
